1) Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are a professional manufacturer with over 11 years producing experience and 5 years exporting experience.
2) What is your moq and how is your packaging.
A: our MOQ is 800kg per items,
200 kgs per drum, and 4 drums per pallets, total 800kgs
Our pallet is treated with fumigation, fumigation certification is available.
3) How about your payment?
A:30% deposit in advance, 70% balance by T/T, L/C, paypal, Western Union or else before shipment.
4) Can we visit your factory and send free samples?
A:You are warmly welcomed to visit our own factory.
As to the sample, we can provide free sample and you just need to pay for freight.
5) What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for inspection and customs declaration.
6) We have special requirement for our products, can you help us?
Yes, we have a strong R and D team of 20 people, including Doctor, professors and many engineers, our strength is customization for our clients. Kindly state your detailed requirement, the detailer the better, we do the rest.
7) They are chemical products, how can you ship the goods to us? Is it safe to be shipped out by air or by sea?
For samples, we cooperate with shipping company, they can be shipped from door to door service without any problems.
For the large quantities, they can be shipped by sea, our products are tested as non-dangerous goods, and we have attained certification for transport of goods. Therefore, they can be shipped out as normal goods without any problems
